If I wasn’t a Legend of Zelda fan by the time Hyrule Warriors came out, I probably would’ve been after sampling it because, my God, it looked awesome and managed to live up to said awesomeness. This included possibly the most metal soundtrack we’d ever hear in a Zelda game.

This pick easily became one of my favourites the moment I heard it. It takes the calming and homely feel of the original theme from Skyward Sword and takes it in a new direction, transforming it into this high-octane rush that fills you with a sense of heroism and determination. It perfectly fits the sight of skillfully slaying enemy hordes; you feel like a true hero and it’s the only reason why I enjoy playing on the Skyloft stage in this game.
