Having failed to prevent a bombing and somehow still with a job, we need to work our asses off to find the culprit before they strike again. Fortunately, we have a lead in the form of someone called Nina. But we are not prepared for what we are about to unravel.

Let’s Play Orwell: Episode 2 – Welp, We Mucked Up
With a suspect behind bars, we must uncover the origins and intentions of the activist group The Thought and hopefully prevent any further bombings. And one of our main leads is the biggest hipster douche-bag you’ll ever see. Oy, this is gonna suck.
Let’s Play Orwell: Episode 1 – It All Begins Here
We finally did it. After years of talking about it, my Entertainment Dome co-host James and I have contributed to the over-saturated world of Let’s Plays; starting with puzzle game Orwell.
Set in a 1984-style world, we must use the Orwell system to hack into emails, listen in on phone calls and just generally spy on people to prevent acts of terrorism. Political stances are taken and tangents are made as we start our first day on the job.
My VG Music Picks #39 – Crazy Chocobo (Final Fantasy XIII-2)
This is easily, without a doubt, one of the dumbest pieces of music I have ever heard in my entire life. And it is for that reason that I absolutely, unironically love it, even if the game it’s attached to it isn’t all that great. Continue reading
My VG Music Picks #38 – Character Select (Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3)
Oh, Marvel vs Capcom, I can’t play you to save my life but I love you as a concept. And while I’m aware some people had issues with the third installment in this crazy crossover series, it still looked like a pretty solid and enjoyable game to me. Though I can’t personally critique it’s gameplay, however, I can at least compliment its music, like this piece. Continue reading
My VG Music Picks #35 – Vs Street Fighter Rivals Arrange #1 (Street Fighter X Tekken)
I know many were incredibly disappointed with how Street Fighter X Tekken ultimately turned out, but there were still a few elements that I still enjoy even now. For instance, the rival fights. If you play through the Arcade Mode with a “canon” team, like Ryu and Ken or Kazuya and Nina, you’ll get into a rival fight, prefaced by a short cutscene of the two teams confronting each other.
Granted, these scenes weren’t anything particularly special but were mildly entertaining at the very least. But my favourite part was the music that played. If you were playing as a Street Fighter duo, you’d fight your rival to a Tekken remix and vice versa. And for my money, the first variant of the Street Fighter rival theme is easily my favourite. Continue reading
My VG Music Picks #28 – Theme of Ryu (Street Fighter V)
The thing with some character themes is that, after a while, it’s hard to explain why they fit the character in question. They’ve been associated with that character for so long that it just works, with no proper explanation. When you hear that track, you immediately think of the character. For me, Ryu’s theme is the perfect example of that. Continue reading
Why You Should Support Indivisible
I don’t usually go out of my way to support crowdfunding campaigns on the likes of Kickstarter or Indiegogo. Not because I don’t like the idea or consider it a ‘lesser’ form of making a product; they just don’t grab my interest. However, recently that’s beginning to change. It started with Yooka-Laylee (which you can read my thoughts about here), and it’s pretty much kicked into overdrive with today’s subject, Indivisible. Continue reading
